  • Kaitlin Seagram

    Registered Physiotherapist and Owner of Move At Home Physiotherapy

    Kaitlin has diverse clinical experience in seniors rehabilitation providing care to individuals recovering from recent injury and illness, living with advanced dementia and recovering from recent stroke and surgery.

    Kaitlin obtained her Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from Queen’s University in 2019. She is registered in good standing with the Nova Scotia College of Physiotherapists and is a proud member of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association and Seniors’ Health Division. Kaitlin worked for several years in Ontario before moving to Nova Scotia in 2021 to be closer to family.

    On her spare time, Kaitlin enjoys exploring the beautiful province of Nova Scotia- looking for new beaches and trails to explore with her golden retriever.

  • Christine Manning

    Registered Physiotherapist

    Christine was born and raised in the Annapolis Valley in Canning, NS. She obtained a Bachelor of Kinesiology at Acadia University followed by a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto in 2015. She has since worked most of her career in Ontario where she gained valuable experience across various clinical settings. She has helped individuals recover from challenges including surgery, illness/hospitalization, brain injury/stroke and persistent pain.

    Christine strives to deliver evidence based, individualized and thoughtful care. She believes in an active approach to recovery, empowering individuals to reach their highest level of function through simple but effective treatment plans. She believes that every person has potential to make improvements in their well-being, regardless of their diagnosis, symptoms, or medical history.

    Christine has recently relocated back to the Annapolis Valley with her family and is thrilled to be joining the team at Move at Home Physiotherapy.

  • Kiaya Lakes

    Administrative Manager

    Kiaya works hard behind the scenes providing administrative support for patients and staff alike. Her assistance in email coordination, communicating with insurance providers, and managing accounts, will help to ensure that clients receive efficient, timely and personable service from Move At Home Physiotherapy.
