  • Seniors Physiotherapy

    Seniors Rehabilitation

1 in 3 older adults in Canada experience a fall each year, with falls identified as the leading cause of injury-related hospitalization in older adults. We can help you to increase your function and safety while decreasing your risk of falls through completion of a thorough assessment of your balance, strength and home environment. This information will be used to develop individualized exercises, offer equipment recommendations and implement valuable falls prevention and functional training strategies.

  • Arthritis Management

Includes guidance on individualized exercise, pain management, functional training and joint protection strategies to empower you in managing the impact of your arthritis. This includes hip, knee, shoulder, wrist/hand, neck and spinal arthritis.

  • Neurological Rehabilitation
